GROUPS OF 14 TO 40 PEOPLE
Sit-down Functions
Group bookings of 14 to 30 people can be made for lunch and dinner each day. All group bookings must dine from a set menu plus beverages on consumption.Bookings of 20 people or more for Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch, and Friday and Saturday dinner, will be required to spend a minimum of $300 on the bar – please consult management when making your booking enquiry regarding beverage options.

Bookings are generally allocated inside seating and split on to two or more tables depending on guest numbers. Group bookings of up to 30 people can be seated outside on request.

Cocktail Functions
Group bookings of 14 to 30 people can be made from midday onwards for stand-up drinks and canapés or just casual drinks and nibbles. We can create a special menu for you based on your budget and quantity of food required either charged at a per head rate or per platter.

Bookings are generally allocated the front (river-end) section of the inside area including the high tables and stools, and the front deck if required. The outside area is available for this format ONLY when all guests are seated – all guests must stay within the limits of our outside dining perimeter.

PRIVATE OR LARGE GROUPS OF 40 PEOPLE OR MORE
Group bookings of 40 or more people must book as a private function with an applicable minimum spend for either exclusive use of the inside section, or the whole venue (including the outside area). Please enquire with management regarding minimum spends.

For sit down events we can accommodate a maximum of 70 people inside or 100 people using the whole venue, and up to 120 people for cocktail events.
Exclusive use is only available subject to:-

• the applicable minimum spend
• availability based on existing function and/or a-la-carte bookings
• the same terms and conditions regarding set menus and beverages as outlined above and below

SET MENUS
All group bookings must dine from a set menu. Prices range from $55 – $70 per person as per the following sample menus, or upon consultation with The Jetty Oxford management (for exclusive use bookings only).

Canapé menus are priced anywhere from $30-$60 per head depending on the format and the quantity of food required i.e. canapés only / canapés + mini meal / dessert canapés or celebration cake / cheese plates to finish.

N.B. Menu content changes according to season and will vary with each a-la-carte menu, therefore must be confirmed by The Jetty Oxford management upon enquiry.

BEVERAGES
All beverages will be charged in addition on consumption only i.e. we do NOT offer set priced beverage packages nor do we allow BYO beverages.

For larger groups we do recommend a pre-selection of beer, sparkling and still wine options be made prior to the booking to ensure stock availability. Spirits, cocktails, liqueurs and other beverages can be made available at your discretion.

CAKES
Our chefs are happy to make a cake for any occasion at a cost of $10 per person.

Our standard cake offerings are:-
• Chocolate mud cake
• Black forest cake
• Orange & almond cake

We are also open to suggestions and requests should you have something in particular you would like as a celebration cake. Cakes are presented to the table garnished according to the celebration, then sliced and served with ice cream and garnish as a dessert per guest. N.B. Please allow 3 days’ notice for all cakes orders.

We also allow BYO cakes at a cost of $5 per person. Prior arrangement must be made with The Jetty Oxford management and staff if a cake is to be brought in to the venue.
